Tell us when and where your first job is. We confirm the site, the activity type and which account manager is coming.
Your dedicated account manager meets your installer on the job - no boots, no hi-vis, but ready to run you through all the ins and outs to ensure installation complies.
We open EPMate together and run through every screen - job creation, customer details, product scanning and photo capture.
Geo-tagged photos, decommissioning shots, serial numbers, signed forms - we make sure nothing is missed before you leave the site.
We review the job on the spot, lodge it the same week and confirm everything is audit-clean before you drive to the next install.
