Audit & Compliance

Every install, audit-ready

The Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program is regulated by the Essential Services Commission, with strict audit obligations on Accredited Persons. We manage the full compliance lifecycle for HVAC and hot water installs so your VEECs are created - and stay created.

HVAC technician auditing a wall-split installation

Our four compliance pillars

A documented, repeatable process covering every regulatory checkpoint under the VEU scheme.

ESC-aligned process

Our compliance framework tracks every change to the Essential Services Commission (ESC) requirements so your installations are always assessed against the current rules.

Pre-submission audits

Each VEEC claim is reviewed by our internal audit team before lodgement - catching documentation gaps, photo issues or eligibility problems before they cost you.

Installer training

Onboarding plus ongoing training for your crew on activity requirements: HVAC and Hot Water Activities.

End-to-end record keeping

Customer agreements, eligibility evidence, removal photos, decommissioning records and serial numbers are all stored and retained on your behalf.

Evidence capture

The data the regulator expects

Every VEU activity has a defined evidence requirement. Our app prompts your installer for exactly what's needed at the job - and uploads it directly into your compliance file.

Photo evidence

Geo-tagged before/after photos of the existing unit, the installed unit, nameplate and serial number.

Equipment data

Make, model and capacity captured against the ESC product register.

Decommissioning

Old gas hot water units, electric resistance units and inefficient ACs decommissioned and recorded as required.

Provisioning of documentation

Certain documents must be provisioned to your customers pre and post install. We got that handled for you. Stress less - install more.
